World Cassoulet Champion, Chef Christian Constant joins us all week with his award-winning dish. Chef Constant, formerly of Hotel Crillon, has trained the new generation of French bistro chefs. He currently owns Le Violon d’Ingres, a 1 Michelin star restaurant, Café and Bistro Constant, Les Cocottes, and Le Bibent in Toulouse.
