Join Executive Chef Vincent Cortese for an exclusive virtual cooking class highlighting dishes from our new spring menu. To begin the evening, he will share one of Chef Daniel Boulud's most classic bistro dishes, Asparagus Salad with a Crispy Egg, Jambon de Paris & Mustard Dressing, followed by his signature dish, Ricotta Gnudi with English Peas & Chanterelles. 10% of all class sales will be donated to New York Cares, the city's largest volunteer network.
