I was lucky enough to be offered some magnums of Rosé with a bit of age on them…7 years to be exact.
I’ve long enjoyed touting the benefits of aging pink wines… there’s an added savor and herbaceousness that one simply can’t get in the youthful stage. This Chêne Bleu is tasting great right now, and should be particularly lovely with our bistro food.
