Burgundy out of Balthazar for Thanksgiving Week

We return to massive Remoissenet bottles this week. I love Pinot Noir with Thanksgiving fare (well, with about anything) and I thought this week would be a perfect time to check in on the Balthazar of Gevrey-Chambertin we picked up recently. They’re gorgeous bottles, and we’ll be pouring all week long, or ‘til both are gone. Come try it twice and see how nicely it opens up over a few days.
