Now that the weather is beginning to cool down (after the horrific storming of late August) I hope to welcome you all back to Bar Boulud for the perfect glass of Burgundy: 1er Cru from a pretty, pleasantly-drinking vintage.
If you’ve been following along since I returned to 64th street in May 2019, you know by now how many times we’ve cracked open the wonderful, polished wines of Domaine Michel Noëllat. We’ve still got some 6Ls of Suchots left, and I thought it would be the perfect time to return to red wine.
