Welcome Warm Weather with Refreshing Whites | 5/16 – 5/21/22

It’s finally warm out and we’re pulling out a few of our favorite thirst-quenchers to pair with Chef Vinny’s phenomenal late-spring menu.

The first part of the week, we’ll open Le Clou 34, Claire Naudin’s absolutely ripping Aligoté from vines planted in 1934. This is one of our favorites for summer—especially paired with lighter dishes.

For the latter half of the week, we’ll bring up Domaine Thibert’s Pouilly-Vinzelles « Les Longways » which is bound to be spectacular. When we served Thibert’s Pouilly-Fuissé a few weeks ago, it went quick, so get it while it lasts! The energy and complexity in both of these wines are bound to pair best with terrace dining and great conversation (and the best people watching the Upper West Side has to offer!).

See you soon!
