We were incredibly lucky to be the only ones to receive the few 6-liter bottlings of Claire Naudin’s fabulous, fresh and elegant Aligoté. I opened one way back in Summer 2019…and it was fabulous but still taut and in need of time.
This week, we’ll pop ‘em back open and check in on their progress. As it continues to warm up, I felt it time for another spring white.
