Pretend It’s Not Summer With Robust Italian Reds | 7/19 – 7/25/21

Chef Vinny is putting out a new pasta dish this week, so I thought it would be a nice time to tap into these delicious 3Ls from Corzano in Tuscany. We’ll pour 1 double mag per day, until they’re all gone.

The ‘I Tre Borri’ is a 100% Sangiovese that has all the dark red fruit and spice characteristic of the grape. Should be broad and beautiful.

The ‘Il Corzano’ is a Super Tuscan that adds the bones of Cab Sauvignon and the meat of Merlot to the bloody brilliance of Sangiovese. A real treat of a wine, perfect for our Steak Frites fare.
