As you all know by now, we’ve been fortunate to open a wide swath of Noëllat’s 2017s over the course of the last year. They have consistently been excellent—always a marked elegance, regardless of the vineyard site; aromatic, bright and beautiful regardless of the bottle size.
Throughout this time, I haven’t had a chance to try anything from their Chambolle holdings…this week we’ll try out the 2017 Village wine, out of 3L.
