I have to be honest – I have reached a point where any bottle smaller than 3 liters is kind of boring to me.
Thankfully, we’re lucky to have loads of Domaine Noëllat in massive bottle (many thanks to them for this). This week, I’ve got a few 9 liters of their 2017 ‘Suchots’ — should be broadly pleasant and absolutely delicious.
