Going Overboard with Rosé | 6/7-7/2/22

We’re still celebrating the onset of summer here on the Upper West Side, which means we’re still pouring glasses of Rosé out of big bottles. On Monday (and every Monday for the rest of the month!), we’ll again run with the 2019 Château d’Esclans « Garrus » Rosé.

On Tuesday, we’ll open the historic 2016 « Cuvée Spéciale des Vignettes », a unique wine (made of mostly Tibouren) aged under flor. Clos Cibonne has revived the historic grape, making a transcendent Rosé that is impossible not to be captivated by.

For the weekend, we’ll open some double-magnums of Rosé from the fine people at DRC and Dujac—Triennes. Just north of the Mediterranean, the vines receive a massive amount of sunshine creating a generous and fresh wine.
