Bonne Année! I hope everyone had a safe, relaxed and celebratory New Year’s Eve. As we cascade carefully into 2021, I thought to keep the distanced party going with some Jeroboams of Champagne from André Roger.
Mostly Pinot Noir with some Chardonnay to round it out, the fruit all comes from Grand Cru vineyards around the village of Äy. Broad and brioche-y with popping fruit on the back-end, this is a great glass with our food or on its own.
