Beat the Heat and Humidity with Rosé and Chardonnay | 7/13 – 7/18/21

We will be returning to a couple delicious bottles we’ve opened over the last few months. I still have some 6Ls of Peyrassol Rosé to pour through, and since it’s Bastille Day on Wednesday I thought it would be perfect to crack these open for the early week.

Since the heat has been downright oppressive lately, I figured a big, bold glass of White Burgundy should do the trick over the weekend. Leroux’s 2018 Saint-Romain ‘Sous Le Château’ was delicious when I tried it a couple of months back: perfectly textured and bright, with the broad depth one wants to balance out the richness of our bistro cuisine.
