Bask in the Warmth of Beautiful Loire Valley White

Finally we’ve reached the early wakening summer. Though (let’s be honest) red wine should still rule, I’m pretty ready to begin the stretch out into White.

That said, I’m mostly opposed to overly pairing “season” with a wine’s general type…. it’s as if any gift of art could be narrowed down into one kind of form. That said, it is very true that Spring does call for salty, bright White Wines!

Pépiere makes incredible Muscadet. In every size, form, etc. Getting to pour it by-the-glass from a 3-Liter bottle is a gift, and I am very grateful. Hopefully you and your family are warm; hope to see you here at Bar Boulud this week.
