We’re celebrating a lot this week—notably, the Fourth of July and the first full week of the Tour de France. We’re closed for the Fourth, but on Tuesday we’ll open up an American gem, the 2011 Chardonnay from Montelena, who succeeded in putting Napa Valley onto the palates and into restaurants wordwide in the 1970s.
Throughout the rest of the week, we’ll be opening up some exciting bottles from Burgundy (ehh, close enough to the 6th stage of the Tour)—so come, dine, drink, and enjoy a sense of freedom.
