A Favorite Rosé, Out of Jeroboam | 8/2 – 8/8/21

At the beginning of June we poured a favorite (and the most unique!) rosé from Clos Cibonne down in the Côtes de Provence—it was really fabulous, all coastal breeze and snappy pink fruits tied with a light string of garrigue. Coming out of 9L, there was an airy freshness that persisted through texturally, making for a wonderfully standalone glass of rosé.

This week, to start August, we’ll return to the same wine, but out of 3L Jeroboam & from the 2019 vintage. I’m excited to contrast both the vintage and the format from my memories of the last. Looking forward to an entirely different yet similarly pleasurable experience this week.
