Three very exciting wines by the glass this week: starting off with Chateau d’Esclans’s Garrus Rosé on Monday. On Tuesday, I’m excited to open some Muscadet, a summer classic, from an exciting estate in the Loire: Domaine de la Pepiere’s Clos des Briords.
We’ll end the week with an absolute favorite of mine—Domaine Rougeot’s Clos des Six Ouvrées Bourgogne Blanc; a Chardonnay from a vineyard at the base of Meursault. It’s young, so we’re only opening a magnum a night! First come first served!
