As with its sister restaurant in NYC, the cellar at Bar Boulud London features on Daniel Boulud’s favorite wine making regions, France’s Rhône Valley and Burgundy. The latter are made essentially from the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, while those of the Rhône are largely expressions of the Syrah and Grenache for the reds and Grenache Blanc, Viognier Marsanne and Rousanne for the whites. Our wine list also includes selections covering many other wine making regions and tastes and a substantial number of wines offered by the glass to accompany our varied menu.
Bar Boulud, London will also feature a curated selection of craft beers, several available on draft. We are dedicated to providing a well-balanced list of beers honoring not only the traditions of Great Britain and the continent, but also artisanal offerings from overseas. We emphasize flavor and affordability to accompany our brasserie/bistro menu and to invite a healthy dose of adventure and discovery.
