Within Bar Boulud’s cellar, guests will find rare gems, a reflection of the wine team’s deep relationships with winemakers around the world. Beyond France, the wine list travels to the United States, Italy, Spain and beyond, offering unique varietals that pair beautifully with food. Bar Boulud presents an extensive selection of grower Champagnes to complement the menu’s New England seafood and offers a full cocktail list highlighting ‘Boulud Classic Cocktails’ from sister restaurants around the world.
